The Charlottesville Supplemental Rental Assistance Program (CSRAP) is a transitional, monthly housing assistance program administered by CRHA and funded by the City of Charlottesville. CSRAP is different from the federal Housing Choice Voucher Program (previously known as Section 8) though it is run with similar standards. Eligibility for the program is determined by individual housing needs based on CRHA’s occupancy standards and household income.

CRHA is in need of additional housing to assist HCV and CSRAP program participants. CRHA is searching for landlords to provide affordable rental housing for low-income, elderly, disabled, and veteran citizens residing in the city.
