CRHA Hosts Riverside Community Beautification Day
Charlottesville, VA – 4/16/2025 – Residents and staff of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) came together for a vibrant Community Beautification Day at the Riverside community.
Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help enhance and refresh the neighborhood. Together, they picked up large and small litter, removed cigarette butts, raked debris from grassy areas, swept curbs and parking lots, and added a splash of color by planting flowers around the community.
“This event was a great example of how much pride our residents and staff take in their community,” said a volunteer. “It was inspiring to see everyone work side-by-side to create a cleaner, more beautiful Riverside.”
CRHA thanks everyone who participated and looks forward to more community-driven initiatives in the future.
