ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – You can recycle your old electronics this weekend for free.

Just bring your old TVs and computers to the Ivy Solid Waste and Recycling Center on Dick Woods Road on Saturday, September 14.

You must register ahead of time and live in Charlottesville or Albemarle County to take advantage of this opportunity through the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (RSWA)

“We have separate days because they’re going to different places,” Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority Communications said. “It helps. We don’t have to separate them all at the same time if they come at different times. And so it makes it a lot more efficient.”
