Watching Progress at South First Street Demolition

More and more buildings are falling at CRHA’s old South First Street site. Crews are getting a welcome break from the hot weather this week.

Demolition 0f the 58 units began June 24th and it is expected to wrap up at the end of August. This will clear the way for 113 new homes, a community center and CRHA offices.

Resident planners are meeting to hammer out design work on shared spaces both indoors and outdoors.
