CRHA to Waive Late Fees, Apply Hardship Exemption for Residents Who Lose Income Due to Coronavirus

The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) has distributed the following letter to all residents of public housing in Charlottesville, pledging to waive late fees on rent and apply a hardship exemption for income loss due to the coronavirus.  Residents should contact their Asset Manager at (434) 326-4672 if they have any questions.
