CRHA began the “Parallel Track” effort to bring changes to the 57 homes on our scattered sites at Michie Drive, Riverside Ave, and Madison Ave

Primarily utilizing the Capital Fund, CRHA began by completing older planned for projects, then addressed exterior work, including new playgrounds and outdoor amenities with the help of the Affordable Housing Opportunity Fund and new roofs, siding, and windows through the Capital Fund.

From there CRHA has installed new kitchen appliances, entry and storm doors, and upgraded HVAC and electrical systems to finally bring central A/C to these 57 homes.

CRHA is currently planning for major interior renovations over the next 2 years, including new kitchens and bathrooms.
