Security Services-Unarmed
The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) is seeking the services of a qualified, licensed security firm to provide unarmed security services at properties owned and/or managed by CRHA, particularly Crescent Halls.
The RFP package can only be assessed through eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov and the Authority website at www.cvillerha.com.
A virtual Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2024, through Microsoft Teams, followed by a walkthrough of Crescent Halls. Interested Offerors must pre-register by contacting Delores Adams at delores@mannahdg.com by 5:00 p.m. onWednesday, May 29th, to receive meeting information.
Interested firms must submit their electronic Proposal, with the items listed in the Proposal Checklist, through eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov. All proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m., Local Prevailing Time, on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
