Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority receives $50,000 from Sentara Health to support economic opportunities for low-income public housing residents.
Funding supports collaborative partnership with Sentara Health
Charlottesville, VA (August 28, 2023) — The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA), is pleased to announce a generous grant award of $50,000 from Sentara Health to assist with expanding their Resident Services program to better meet the needs of low-income community members.
The $50,000 donation from Sentara will be utilized to support CRHA’s growing Resident Services Department. Sentara’s contribution is going towards training and hiring a low-income person as CRHA’s Resident Services Assistant. This training position will help to expand CRHA’s community outreach efforts and workforce programs.
