Drought Watch Issued for Charlottesville

The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority has issued a drought watch for Charlottesville and Albemarle County.

Right now, there are NO mandatory restrictions.

The RWSA also says it expects things to get worse before they get better. 29News meteorologist Josh Fitzpatrick says there is no significant rain in the forecast for the near future.
