The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Authority) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services for all of its housing developments, community centers and administrative offices in accordance with all terms and conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

A virtual Pre-Proposal meeting and walkthrough will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, through Microsoft Teams. Interested Bidders must pre-register by
contacting Delores Adams at adamsd@d5m.c8f.myftpupload.com by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020.
Interested firms must submit their electronic Proposal, with the items listed in the Proposal Checklist, through eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov. All proposals must be submitted by 3:00
p.m., Local Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
