Charlottesville Redevelopment & Housing Authority administers the Charlottesville Supplemental Rental Assistance (CSRAP) program for the City of Charlottesville to provide affordable rental housing for low income, elderly, disabled, and veteran citizens residing in the city. We need additional housing for our program customers.
