The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) has announced that it will be opening the waiting list for the Mainstream Voucher Program as of January 29, 2021. This program offers portable housing assistance to non-elderly persons with disabilities who are either homeless or in a rapid re-housing or permanent supportive housing program.
