Watch South First Street Demolition on CBS19

CRHA had a chance to talk to CBS19 about all the work happening at the old South First Street site.

Their camera caught a crew tearing into one of the old units, making way for 113 new townhouses.

This is the second phase of the project. The first is done, with 63 new apartments spread across three buildings.

Everyone who lived in this portion of South First is now in other CRHA residences.
